Orders are subject to acceptance at the main office of Pulstar. Pulstar shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting form failure or delay in filling or delivery of orders which have been accepted.

Pulstar does not authorize any person to make oral or written commitments nor assume for the company any obligation or liability other than those expressed herein.

HOURS: Office hours are 8:30AM to 5:30 PM CST Monday through Friday. We are frequently in the office during “off” hours and will answer the phone personally whenever possible.

TERMS: Our payment terms are COD, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express. Open account (Net 30 days) is offered to companies with established business to business credit after completion of our own credit application and approval process. All past due invoices are subject to a 1-1/2% per month (18% per annum) finance charge.

FREIGHT: Same day shipping via UPS or SPEE-DEE on all in stock orders received before 3:00 PM central time. Items too large for UPS or SPEE-DEE will be shipped common carrier freight with the freight charges pre-paid and added to the invoice.

WARRANTY: Pulstar implies no warranties of its’ own. All products sold are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturers’ warranty. Liability for a products performance and suitability or lack thereof rests solely with the manufacturer.

RETURNS: All merchandise returned may be subject to any or all of the following conditions: Returns must include a copy of the original invoice from Pulstar and a COMPLETE description of the failure or reason for return. Omissions will SERIOUSLY DELAY PROCESSING. All returns for credit or exchange must be less than 30 days from invoice date and in like new condition COMPLETE with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Non-defective product returned for credit may be assessed a restocking fee based on the lower of invoice price or current selling price.

SPECIAL ORDER merchandise or CUT TO LENGTH products are NOT RETURNABLE for credit.
